Welcome to AI Imagery! These Terms of Service (the "Terms") outline your agreement with us when using the app. By continuing to use the app, you agree to these Terms, so please read them carefully.

1. What We’re About

AI Imagery is a creative platform that transforms your descriptions into stunning visual artworks across various themes, including Christmas, Horror, 3D, Abstract, Horoscope, Anime and Tattoo. Whether it’s a festive scene, a mystical creature, or a futuristic design, if you can imagine it, you can create it.

2. License to Use AI Imagery (What You Can and Can’t Do)

We provide you with a license to use AI Imagery for personal, non-commercial purposes. You can create, save, and share the images you generate. However, you cannot:

• Reverse-engineer, hack, or tamper with the app’s code.
• Use AI Imagery for commercial purposes (e.g., selling generated images or using them for business).
• Share harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Violating these terms will result in the termination of your access to the app.
  

3. Subscriptions and Payments

AI Imagery offers both free and premium features. Premium features are available through:

• Weekly Subscription: $3.99 per week.
• Monthly Subscription: $6.99 per month.
• Annual Subscription: $34.99 per year (best value).
• Lifetime Subscription: $99.99, one-time fee.

Payments are processed via the App Store. Apple handles all payment info, and we do not store any of your financial data. If a subscription offers a free trial, be sure to cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

4. Your Content and Our Content

The images you create with AI Imagery belong to you and are stored solely on your device. We do not collect or share your content, and we never claim ownership over it. However, if you share feedback or content with us, you grant us permission to use it for improving the app, with no further obligations.

5. What We Won’t Tolerate (Prohibited Uses)

Please do not use AI Imagery to:

• Create or share harmful, illegal, or offensive content.
• Hack, manipulate, or use the app in ways not intended.
• Violate any laws or intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to block users who violate these terms and take legal action if necessary.

6. Privacy (We Respect Your Privacy)

We value your privacy. We do not collect your personal data, and the images you generate stay on your device. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

7. Termination (If You Break the Rules)

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms. Be sure to save your images, as we are not responsible for data loss if your access is terminated.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as needed. When we do, the updated date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use of the app indicates your agreement with the revised Terms.
